  •  Order Processing: All orders are processed and delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of purchase. We strive to ensure that your order arrives promptly and in perfect condition.

  • Shipping Locations: We ship across all cities in India, ensuring that our luxury pet products reach you no matter where you are located.

  • Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on orders above ₹999. For orders below ₹999, a shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • No Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We carefully curate and inspect each item to ensure it meets our high standards before it reaches you.

  • Exchanges: We only offer exchanges if there is a manufacturing defect or if the product is damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our customer service team at unfurrgettablebox@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement of the same item after reviewing the issue. Exchange and Replacement will be done within 5 business days.
